Training of cadets at this very young age is a highly specialized job, entirely different from that of grownups. These youngsters are more inquisitive and curious. They strive to know and learn every new idea. They are full of energy and ever restless like birds. It is, therefore, inappropriate to keep them tied up for long. Conscious of this aspect of children’s psychology, the institution has devised a regular system of training wherein the maximum active involvement of cadets in indoor/outdoor activities is ensured with a view to satiate their thirst of inquisitiveness.
